Modular Panel Climbing Walls

Modular Panel climbing walls can be installed onto any number of pre-existing wall structures both indoors and outdoors. The 1.2m x 1.2m panels are perfectly suited to for creating straight forward climbing features either as vertical climbing walls or low lever traversing walls aimed at giving younger children a climbing experience without the fear of heights. Traversing walls have the added advantage of not requiring harnessing and belay systems allowing for a quicker throughput and reduced staffing requirements.

Each panel is made to look and feel like real rock and with uniform thickness at the edges they fit together perfectly to create a realistic and visually striking climbing feature that protrudes less than 15cm from the surface of your existing wall. There are 22-28 handhold attachment points per panel allowing you to create a range of difficulties for each climbing route. The panels can also be mounted onto a custom built steel framework to allow access to the rear or if the current wall structure is unsuitable for fixing the panels to.

Vertically orientated walls can be operated either using manual belays (operators require appropriate climbing qualifications) or using or industry leading Hydraulic Auto Belay System. The Auto Belay System can be positioned either behind or the climbing wall if it is not fixed to an existing wall or set off to the side to allow an exciting yet extremely safe climbing experience.

Our Auto-Belays are manufactured by the innovator and original manufacture of the air/oil hydraulic dual redundant belay system in the US, Spectrum Sports Int’l, who have over twelve years of development and improvement behind them.

The latest Generation 4 Auto-Belay is available for climbing heights from 4m to 12m and has been tried and tested with millions of safe climbs at hundreds of venues and on numerous products across the world.

They can be used indoors or outdoors and can installed on almost any existing climbing wall or climbing structure in conjunction with the Auto Belay Davits. They are extremely safe, limit the possibility for human error and are very quick and easy to set up, operate and maintain.
