National Water Sports Centre Sky Trail upgrades

Last week the Innovative Leisure install team were working on an exciting high ropes upgrade project at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham.

Since launching their Sky Trail high ropes course 9 years ago the attraction has gone from strength to strength – providing an exciting and varied experience for both the centre`s new and returning visitors. As a result the National Water Sports Centre made the decision to upgrade their course with some new adventure elements, and we think they look amazing.

Sky Trail manufacturers RCI Adventure Products work tirelessly to develop their offering, and new adventure elements are being designed regularly to help owners of Sky Trail keep their courses fresh and on trend. Better still , thanks to it`s modular design, all ropes courses can be extended easily, both horizontally and vertically. This enables leisure venues to maximise their ROI from the space they have AND keep offering something new  – Keeping the guest experience fresh and exciting for both new and returning visitors.

At Innovative Leisure we value having close relationships with our customers for the long term, so we`re really excited to be back at the National Water Sports centre to help them make their upgrade plans a reality.

With a bank holiday at the start of the week and a corporate booking on Friday, time was of the essence for our incredible installation team. Despite battling some terrible weather, the installation was a success, delivered on time and without disrupting the centre`s day to day operations.

The National Water Sports centre`s high ropes course now boasts, amongst others, a new tipping walk the plank with a bell ringing challenge once you reach the edge, and a challenging rolling log which is going to prove a tough one for regular customers to defeat. Along with these elements are two themed bridges with eye catching company branding added which look great in bright orange.

Serco`s Sport and Outdoor Activities Development Manager Matt Hancock was delighted with the recent upgrades-:

“We are lucky to have a strong partnership with Innovative Leisure to ensure we can continue to develop and grow our activity provision at Holme Pierrepont Country Park, home of the National Water Sports Centre”

“The Sky Trail has had it`s first uplift in 9 years, which has been a nice addition for our customers  and made incredibly easy from quote to install by Keith and his team”
